A 64-year-old man was killed on Monday night when a car was “unable to avoid contact” with him after he was knocked off his bike while riding along Henry Avenue.

The final suspect in the murder of 14-year-old Nicolás Elizalde was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Philadelphia Monday afternoon. Officials said 17-year-old Dayron Burney-Thorn jumped out of a 4-story apartment window before he was captured. NBC10’s Claudia Vargas has the details.
