Ask Ben Franklin anything you want over bacon and eggs
Ben Franklin invented bifocals and urinary catheters and now you can discuss these inventions and lots of other cool stuff with famous Philadelphian Benjamin Franklin over breakfast (cause urinary catheters make for very appropriate table talk).
Anywho, Breakfast With Ben features an all-you-can-eat breakfast in the Independence Ballroom at the Independence Visitor Center most Saturdays beginning at 9 a.m.
This breakfast is totally interactive, so you can ask Benny anything you want; like what the hell possessed him to fly a kite during a lightning storm, his role in the development of the University of Pennsylvania or if his hand was shaking when he signed the Declaration of Independence.
We can’t promise all the answers will be 100 percent accurate, but whatever, it’s still pretty cool -- I mean the dude has his face on the hundred dollar bill!
You can take a bite of history for $25 for adults and $15 for children.
