Pro-Palestinian protesters say 12 University of Pennsylvania students have been disciplined for their participation in the encampment on campus. On Tuesday tensions rose when a counter protester tried to gain access and was blocked from getting inside the encampment. NBC10’s Johnny Archer captured the encounter and has more.

On Tuesday morning, fire crews responded to the former Octavius Catto Public School building in Camden as flames could be seen pouring from the roof of the building.

Leaders from the University of Pennsylvania met with some of the pro-Palestinian student protesters who have been holding an encampment for over a week on the university campus. Teenagers in North Wildwood will need to be off the streets by 10 p.m. However, officials said, the new rule is aimed at problem teens and police are not expected to punish those who aren’t causing problems.
