A broad-daylight shooting left seven people, including three kids, wounded in Philadelphia Monday afternoon.
Police said that the victims -- including a 3-year-old girl, an 11-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy -- were shot on Hilton Street near F in Kensington, just off the intersection of Kensington and Allegheny avenues, about 2:30 p.m.
The other victims are a 31-year-old woman, a 47-year-old man, a 25-year-old man and a 23-year-old man, according to police.
Four of the victims reportedly suffered graze wounds, and the three additional victims were taken to Temple University Hospital, where two were in critical condition and one was stable, according to police. A shotgun was recovered by police at the scene, but no arrests have been made.
Shotgun pellets left marks on walls and punctured holes in a children's pool sitting in the middle of the street.
"It was scary," said neighbor Naja Singletary. "I was traumatized. It could've been my child out here."
It appears the shooting was the culmination of a fight that broke out earlier in the day between the shooter and several people. According to investigators, the man threatened the group by saying he was coming back.
The shooting comes on the heels of a weekend shotgun shooting at a block party in West Philadelphia that wounded 10 people. Police are still searching for two male suspects.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey called the shooters in both incidents "ignorant."
"It just makes absolutely no sense," he said. "Some of these guys, they just don't care."
Detectives have a nickname for the suspect and vague description, but have not yet released either.
