A tractor-trailer lost its load of fiberglass on I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia Wednesday afternoon, backing up traffic for miles.
Sheets of fiberglass fell from the vehicle on I-95 southbound at Convent Lane. Only one lane was getting by as crews worked to clean up the debris. All lanes reopened after the scene was cleared.
