Campbell's Recipe: Slow Baked Barbecue Spare Ribs

Great for Super Bowl Sunday!

Slow Baked Barbeque Spare Ribs

 Prep: 10 minutes
Makes: 8 servings
Cook: 8 hours  
 
Ingredients 
3 Tbsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
3 Tbsp paprika
3 Tbsp coriander
3 tubes (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell'sĀ® Flavor Boost Beef flavor
2 tablespoons honey
2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
2 racks of pork spare ribs (about 3 pounds)
 
1. Place the garlic powder, dried ginger, pepper, paprika and coriander in to a mortar and grind to a smooth paste. Add the Campbell'sĀ® Flavor Boost Beef flavor, honey and vinegar, mixing the rub in to a smooth paste.
 
2. Using a brush, paint the paste over the ribs and place in a pre heated oven. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until the ribs are fork-tender.
 
Serving Suggestion: This recipe is delicious served with cole slaw or potato salad.
