Former NFL player Jon Ritchie has thrown his hat into the ring to replace longtime GOP State Sen. Pat Vance.
This is Ritchie’s first foray into politics, but name recognition will give him a solid foundation to build on. The former Philadelphia Eagles and Oakland Raiders fullback said he is running “to give back to the community that has been so good to me.”
“I love this area and that is why my wife and I chose to raise our family here,” the Cumberland County native said. Ritchie lives in Enola with his wife and three children.
