Judge Allows James Holmes' Selfies as Evidence

The judge overseeing the Aurora, Colo., movie theater shooting will allow prosecutors to present cell phone records as evidence at trial, according to court documents released on Monday. Among those records are selfies taken before the attack, The Associated Press reported. Alleged shooter James Holmes is shown in one wearing black contact lens and a black stocking cap, with dyed orange hair sticking out. In another, he was posing with a handgun. The judge also ruled against defense motions to suppress computer data on computers and hard drives seized from Holmes apartment.
