Extra police will be on hand at a carnival in Philadelphia after a group of teens started attacking other people.
A 16-year-old was on a first date when she says a mob of teens attacked her and her boyfriend on Tuesday in the city's Hunting Park section. The pair were treated and released from a hospital.
Cellphone video of the teens attacking others was posted on social media.
