Stephen Starr has landed a high-profile New York chef to oversee all of the restaurateur's eateries.
The Philadelphia restaurateur has added Chef Alex Lee — a James Beard Award-nominated chef, who was executive chef of New York restaurant Daniel for 12 years — as culinary director for Starr Restaurants.
