Heavy rains early Monday led to the partial collapse of a three-story building at Germantown and Chelten Avenue in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.
Police say around 10:00 a.m., huge slabs of brick fell 30 feet from the third floor of the building, falling to the ground at a very busy sidewalk with a Dunkin' Donuts on the first floor.
"This is a really busy bus stop so we're fortunate that we have no injuries," said Lt.Anthony Buchanico, Philadelphia Police.
The ceiling on the second floor of the building also collapsed, said Buchanico.
All businesses in the building are closed until they are determined to be safe and caution tape is blocking the sidewalk.
The SEPTA bus stop at that corner has been moved a block away.

Police say that the Department of Licenses and Inspections will be out at the location to check out the building.
