A alert Woodlyn woman foiled a would-be break-in at her neighbor's house Friday morning, according to authorities.
At around 9 a.m., the woman noticed two men in the back of her neighbor's home in the 500 block of Eisenhower Avenue. Initially, police say, the woman thought the men were working on the home, but later became suspicious and called 911.
Police described the suspects as two white men in their 20s, and said that the two were trying to gain entry through a rear window.
Investigators say that the area has seen a number of burglaries, attempted burglaries, and car break-ins over the past few months. Anyone with more information about this situation is asked to call (610) 532-4000.
