A multi-vehicle accident closed all southbound lanes of Interstate 95 between Allegheny Avenue and Girard Avenue Monday morning around 8:30 a.m. Monday.
The scene was cleared about an hour later and reopened at 9:30 a.m.
Emergency dispatchers told NBC10 there are no reports of injuries.
