A young boy is in the hospital after being struck by a car in the Kingsessing section of the city. It happened Monday night on the 5300 block of Lindbergh Boulevard.
Police say a car lost control and struck the 10-year-old child while he was walking on the sidewalk. The boy was taken to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Police don’t believe the accident was a hit-and-run. No word yet on the boy’s condition.
