Bon Jovi Turns 49 at Wells Fargo

Bon Jovi turned 49 yesterday, but his advancing age didn't seem to affect his performance much at the Wells Fargo Center, which was lit up in his honor, and stuffed with hardcore fans of a certain persuasion.

Ever the showman, Bon Jovi certainly knew how to hype up the crowd, playing a long set of new tunes, big anthems and old classics, even taking a new approach to some of his biggest hits. In return, he got a super appreciative crowd, a bunch of personalized posters and an insanely elaborate birthday cake. Not a bad way to approach 50.
