A Hazmat team and fire crews were called to a government building in Northern Liberties.

Officials say white powder was found inside a conference room in the Social Security Office on 4th and Spring Garden Streets.

A Hazmat team tested the substance and determined it was not harmful. They have not yet revealed what the substance actually was however.

No one was injured during the incident.
