A bullet grazed the face of a 19-year-old woman after a verbal altercation escalated to violence in Philadelphia Saturday night.
The victim and a friend were outside along the 8000 block of Temple Road in the West Oak Lane section of the city when two men pulled up in a dark-colored SUV, according to police.
Officials say an argument ensued and one of the men returned to the vehicle to grab a gun.
The suspect began firing and the teen was hit, according to authorities.
She was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where she is in stable condition.
A search for the two men is underway and police are questioning multiple witnesses, according to authorities.
Investigators are also working to determine if anyone else was grazed when the shots were fired.
