MontCo Car Crash Kills Both Drivers

Montgomery County police are investigating a deadly head on collision that killed both drivers on River Road Saturday morning.

Police said a vehicle heading east and one heading west on River Road in Upper Merion Township collided just after 2 a.m.

The drivers were killed on impact and they had no passengers, according to investigators. Both were from Upper Merion Township but their names and ages have not yet been released.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
