How much do you hate it when you can't snap or zip up your favorite jeans? And that's assuming they made it up over your thighs!

Or before you know it, we've slammed right into bikini season again and you're too self-conscious to make a trip to the dressing room much less the shore.

So let's talk about choices. You can either go on a shopping spree for camaflouge clothing and buy enough moo-moos to make do until big sweater weather is back, or you can take the "Be a 10 in 10 Weeks" challenge.

NBC10's Justin Pizzi found four brave Philadelphians willing to be brutally honest about their weight problems, eating issues or body trouble spots. For the next 10 weeks, they'll work with a personal trainer, follow an exercise routine and a healthier diet. We've got PhillyChitChat's celebrity blogger, a Q102 DJ (who has already shed more than 100 pounds on The Biggest Loser), a fashion model who owns his own interior design company and an entrepreneur whose specialty is public relations.
