The Graduate Hospital and Point Breeze sections of Philadelphia are once again helping to drive the start of the residential real estate season in the city, according to a new report.
In the 19146 ZIP code, which includes both of the South Philly neighborhoods, 94 homes sold in the month of April – a 13 percent jump from the 83 homes that sold in that area in the same month last year, the Office of the City Controller's latest monthly economic report shows.
The sales figures, which are based on data from King of Prussia-based TREND, a multiple listing service, put 19146 as the top ZIP code in the city for home sales.
