A one-month old kitten and her now former owner approached an animal protective services officer while looking for a stray dog. The officer noticed that the kitten was wrapped in duct tape and this led to the discovery of dozens of sick, hurt or neglected animals in a house. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle has more.
