Fultz will be reevaluated next Tuesday, the Sixers said.
On Tuesday, Fultz's agent, Raymond Brothers, said the 2017 No. 1 overall pick "had a cortisone shot on Oct. 5, which means fluid was put into his shoulder - not taken out."
A team source told NBC Sports Philadelphia's Jessica Camerato that Fultz has been undergoing physiotherapy and has met with multiple specialists.
