Mychal Kendricks played three games for the Seahawks before the hammer of the NFL came down on him.
Now, as he awaits to find out if he's heading to prison for insider trading, the former Eagles linebacker won't even be able to play.
Kendricks was suspended indefinitely Tuesday, according to a report by ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Seattle signed Kendricks on Sept. 13 and he has played in three games with two starts. He had 13 tackles and two sacks in that timeframe.
But now he won't be able to play until further notice and it's very possible his NFL career could be over. … Although we did think this before.
There hadn't really been a precedent set for white-collar crime as far as the NFL's conduct policy goes. But this is now the precedent.
Kendricks, 28, has a sentencing hearing scheduled for Dec. 18. He has already admitted wrongdoing and has expressed remorse.

The Eagles released Kendricks earlier this offseason. From there, he signed with the Browns, who said they had some knowledge of an investigation, but claimed they didn't know the whole story. After news broke of the insider trading, the Browns cut him.
Around final cut time, Eagles de facto GM Howie Roseman declined comment about the former Eagles linebacker.
