Jason Kelce gave one of the greatest victory speeches in the history of sports on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art back in February.
Today, a man dressed to look like Kelce also gave a speech.
It happened in the parking lot outside of Lincoln Financial Field prior to the Eagles season opener against the Atlanta Falcons.
Kelce famously secured an actual Mummer's costume for his big day. That's a pretty fun story in itself.
This Kelce look-a-like had fans in a frenzy. And all he did was do an impression of the original.
Not bad though. Eagles fans are nuts.
