Race weekend in Dover is finally here. But (take a breath) the Autism Speaks 400, presented by Heluva Good! Sour Cream Dips & Cheese NASCAR Sprint Cup Race (breathe out), isn’t the only race going on down in Delaware.
This isn't your grandpa's NASCAR anymore -- the sport has reached out to grab a wide spectrum of fans. The weekend features all sorts of events geared towards gear-heads of all ages.
Here are a few other things for you to watch before Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!
Friday
Watch the Sprint Cup drivers take some practice laps Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m before their 3:10 p.m. qualifying run. Between the Sprint Cup practice and qualifying run, stick around and watch the Nationwide Series drivers practice.
Then at 5 p.m., grab your seats and watch Friday’s main event, the AAA Insurance 200 Camping World Truck Series race. Reserved tickets for this event cost $43 but General Admission only costs $38 for Adults and for kids 12 and under, tickets are just $6.
Saturday
If you can’t make it down to Dover Friday night, Saturday isn’t lacking in the fun. The grandstand seats open at 9 a.m. with the Nationwide Series qualifying race starting at 10:05 a.m. After that race, the Sprint Cup drivers will hold two consecutive practices, one from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and their final practice from 12:50p.m. to 1:50 p.m.
And Saturday’s the main event. The Nationwide Series Heluva Good! 200 starts at 2:30p.m. Tickets cost $47 for adults and $8 for kids under 12.

Get ready for the big time. The grandstand gates open at 9 a.m., with pre-race festivities starting at 12:30 p.m. and the big one starting at 2 p.m. Tickets for the Autism Speaks 400 must be reserved and run from $50 to $96.
