Jose Canseco gets knocked down again -- this time in court.
A judge in Delaware County ordered Canseco to pay local promoter Damon Feldman $6500 plus court and legal fees, according to The Daily Times.
"I feel relieved, but now I have to go collect it," Feldman told the paper after Canseco didn't show for his court appearance on Wednesday.
Canseco was also a no-show at a March celebrity boxing match that Feldman booked him for. The match was in Florida. Feldman accused Canseco of sending his identical twin brother, Ozzie, instead. The match got canceled at the last minute when people figured out Ozzie was not Jose.
Feldman claimed he paid the former pro baseball player in advance because Canseco told him he needed the money for his dad's funeral.
"He owes me $7500," Feldman told the newspaper. "Am I going to see it? Probably never."
