British singing sensation Susan Boyle may be spreading some holiday cheer this Christmas.

According to U.S. retail sources, the singer is currently recording a Christmas album, reported. The details are unknown, but Boyle’s record company, Sony, is aiming for an October release date of her upcoming record.

Earlier this month, Boyle kicked off a singing competition in which someone could win the opportunity to duet with the singer on her new album. Contestants can enter “Susan’s Search” by uploading a video of them performing “Silent Night.”
