Corey Feldman has tied the knot. And in a way he has Donald Trump to thank for it.
The former "Goonies" star who's made a splash of late with...interesting singing performances...married his Corey's Angels bandmate Courtney Anne just six days after announcing the coupleโs engagement.
Feldman recently proposed to Anne while the two were celebrating their fourth anniversary. He told People magazine that although the couple wasnโt too keen on marriage, Donald Trumpโs election drove their engagement.
"She was surprised because we had both been so anti-marriage since we met," Feldman told People. "But seeing as sheโs Canadian and with [Donald] Trump coming in, we didnโt want to risk being separated by new immigration laws."
The wedding, held at Caesar's Palace Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas, was held Tuesday, TooFab.com reported. The couple reportedly held a joint bachelor/bachelorette party over the weekend in Sin City as well.
On Tuesday, Feldman tweeted that he felt it would be a good day.
He later tweeted "C.....I told U all 2Day would b a special 1!" and linked to the TooFab story.
