A Delaware man turned himself into Delaware State Police after police received a tip that he exposed himself to a mother and daughter in the toy section of a Wal-Mart store.
Frederick Shane of Smyrna turned himself Thursday in relation to the Nov. 25 incident inside the Wal-Mart on Jerome Drive in Cheswold, Delaware.
Last week, police released surveillance images from the store in hopes of identifying the flasher.
A tip led investigators to Shane. Police said the 47-year-old man exposed himself to the girl and her mother in the toy section of the store before going out to the parking lot and driving away in a dark gray vehicle.
Shane faces indecent exposure and lewdness charges as he remains free on $2,000 bond.
