An eastern Pennsylvania man accused of having taken a cellphone photo of a teenager testifying in a homicide case has been ordered to stand trial on a witness intimidation charge.
The (Easton) Express-Times reports that a Lehigh County judge on Tuesday upheld charges against 21-year-old Jaqueze Campbell of Allentown.
Prosecutors allege that he was sitting in a courtroom in May during testimony in a shooting death that authorities allege stemmed from a marijuana robbery.
A sheriff's deputy testified that Campbell raised his cellphone, took a picture of a teenager testifying, and posted it on Facebook. A detective testified that he also saw Campbell taking pictures outside before the hearing.
Campbell remains in the county prison on $52,000 bail. His defense attorney didn't immediately return a call seeking comment.
