A man is dead while a teen boy is fighting for his life following a double shooting inside a laundromat in Trenton, New Jersey.
Police responded to the Liberty Laundromat on the 200 block of Chambers Street around noon Monday for a report of a shooting. When they arrived they found Geovahnie Fanfan, 21, of Trenton, inside suffering from a gunshot wound. Fanfan was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
"He was a nice person," Robert Lorenzo, Fanfan's childhood friend, told NBC10. "It hurts because we used to run around these streets like almost everyday,"

Police said a 16-year-old boy who had also been shot inside the laundromat was taken by private vehicle to the hospital. That teen is currently in critical condition.
Several people are in custody in connection to the shooting and charges are pending, according to investigators. A report from the Trentonian stated one of the suspects is a grandmother who targeted the two victims because they allegedly attacked her grandson. Police have not confirmed this however.
