A Philadelphia judge has issued a bench warrant for the man charged with flashing women at a train station after he failed to show up for court Monday.
Police say that Steven Barrick, 45, was due in court on Monday, but because he never showed, a bench warrant has been issued and his bail has been revoked.
In August, Barrick was arrested for allegedly touching himself in front of five women and flashing at the Queen Lane Regional Rail Train Station.
Since the incident, SEPTA has added extra patrols.
