The owner of "The Igloo" — a dessert shop off of South Street — plans to open his new outpost in Fishtown this month after the company underwent a retooling that includes new offerings beyond just frozen yogurt in order to keep expanding.
Isaac "Zac" Parker closed the second Igloo location on 12th and Walnut streets to relocate to Fishtown at 1514-16 Frankford Ave. — the same block as Joe's Steaks, La Colombe, and Stephen Starr's Fette Sau and Frankford Hall.
