2 Shot, 1 Dead, But Who Pulled the Trigger?

An overnight shooting left one man dead and another fighting for his life and investigators aren’t sure if they need to look for a shooter.

Bullets began to fly just after 10 p.m. Thursday along the 1400 block of Rainer Road in the Toby Farms section of Chester Township, Delaware County, Pa.

According to Chester Township Police, when investigators arrived on the scene they found both victims -- described as men in their late teens or early 20s -- suffering from gunshot wounds to the stomach. One man was dead while the other was rushed to Crozer-Chester Hospital where he underwent surgery early Friday.

Investigators spent the night trying to figure out who pulled the trigger. They told NBC10’s Katy Zachry that it wasn’t clear if the men shot each other or if someone else pulled the trigger then fled the scene.

Police spoke with people near to scene to figure out what happened.

Anyone with information on this shooting should contact Chester Township Police at (610) 494-0211.
