Several Guilty Pleas in Delaware Heroin Investigation

Federal prosecutors say several people have pleaded guilty in a case involving a Wilmington-area heroin distribution ring.

Authorities said Tuesday that several defendants have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute heroin from within B&D Detailing, an auto detailing shop adjacent to the now-shuttered clubhouse of the Thunderguards Motorcycle Club on Northeast Boulevard.

Prosecutors say the investigation focused on shop owner and club member Daywine Hunter, who they say sold heroin, along with his father, Victor Williams, from the shop. Hunter pleaded guilty last week.

Authorities say Victor Williams, Brian Teat and Prince Seward also pleaded guilty to their roles in the heroin ring, which obtained the drug from sources in Philadelphia.

The defendants were arrested in April after authorities intercepted Hunter's calls and covertly installed surveillance equipment in the shop.
