A motorcyclist struck a woman along the Roosevelt Boulevard causing traffic delays Friday morning.
The biker struck the woman then another car in the northbound outer lanes of the Boulevard (Route 1) at Devereaux Avenue in the Oxford Circle section of Northeast Philadelphia around 3:30 a.m.
The wreck left the pedestrian and the biker both in critical but stable condition at Aria – Frankford Hospital, said accident investigators.
Officers investigating an earlier crash at Adams Avenue said they saw a motorcycle fly by around 90 mph just moments before the crash, said police.
The wreck left damage to the side of the sedan and a helmet and other debris in the roadway.
The wreck remained under investigation Friday morning and some delays could be expected in the area.
