State police say an 82-year-old man forcibly molested a 21-year-old health care aide who was trying to help him shower at his southwestern Pennsylvania home.
Online court records don't list an attorney for John Owade, of Dunbar Township, whose home phone was disconnected Tuesday.
The (Uniontown) Herald-Standard reports Owade faces a July 21 preliminary hearing on indecent assault and rape charges stemming from a July 1 incident.
The aide tells police that Owade greeted the woman by saying, "Do you want to play a game?" while wearing only an unfastened robe. The aide had been visiting the home for about five weeks to assist Owade and his wife, who wasn't home at the time.
Police say Owade later grabbed the woman's wrists and forced himself on her before she ran away.
