Newark Police have arrested a man they caught lurking around people's homes and looking into their windows Thursday morning.
Cory DiSabatino, 55, of New Castle, was arrested around 1 a.m. in Newark.
Police say they watched him lurk around the back of two homes on the 100-block of South Chapel Street, but he disappeared before they could get to him.
While searching for DiSabatino, Newark Police were contacted by residents on nearby Benny Street who reported a man matching DiSabatino's description had peered into their window.
Soon after, police were able to locate the suspect and quickly made the arrest.
DiSabatino was arraigned and released on $400 bail.
He is charged with two counts of trespassing with intent to peep or peer and two counts of criminal trepass.
