Yard House, a restaurant chain known for its vast beer selection, has taken space at the Willow Grove Park Mall in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.

The restaurant leased 8,500 square feet. It serves traditional American fare such as nachos, sliders and boneless chicken wings.

The addition of another dining option to the mall is a deliberate move by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE:PEI) to diversify its tenant mix beyond apparel and other traditional mall retailers. Since 2012, PREIT has boosted the amount of space leased to dining and entertainment tenants by nearly 50 percent. Along those lines, Yard House will join Studio Movie Grill and Cheesecake Factory at Willow Grove Park.
