A Jersey Shore restaurant, known for its pink exterior, is in need of a new owner.
The Chatterbox, located at 9th Street and Central Avenue in Ocean City, New Jersey, is listed for $995,000 about three years after the 80-year-old restaurant last changed hands, according to the Press of Atlantic City.
According to the restaurant website, the Chatterbox was established in 1937 and the building, designed by the same architect as Ocean City's Music Pier, was constructed in the 1920s.
