Saxbys Coffee announced Wednesday it's looking to fill 100 new positions across the Philadelphia region.
The company said those being sought after are candidates "who are hyper-focused on hospitality and demonstrate passion in everything that they do."
Positions available include baristas, team leads and café managers at locations throughout the Philly area, according to a spokeswoman, who said there are "many opportunities for advancement and upward mobility regardless of where you come in at the company."
No prior experience is necessary, but applicants must be outgoing, detail-oriented and disciplined, or, what the company calls, O.D.D.
