Three of Center City's most popular destinations for beer lovers will now all fall under a single restaurant group that Philly restaurateur Teddy Sourias formed.
Sourias exclusively told the Philadelphia Business journal on Wednesday that his three established bar/restaurants – Bru Craft & Wurst, Uptown Beer Garden and U-Bahn – along with the just announced Cinder, a new bar with a focus on cider, will be a part of Craft Concepts.
