Police are investigating an act of public lewdness in Absecon.
It happened Thursday at 3:56 p.m. at the Absecon townhomes off of S. New Road. Witnesses say they observed a man in the courtyard of the homes behind a small tree exposing his genitals and masturbating.
Police say the suspect walked towards Holy Spirit High School and then Route 9 along the school’s main entrance after a witness confronted him. He was last seen in the Oyster Bay Complex.
The suspect is described by a stocky black male around 20 years of age. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray sweatpants and a blue baseball hat.
