Police say it happened Monday around 11 p.m. on the 2100 block of Venango Street. A man, who police say was involved in a dispute with his neighbor, allegedly fired five shots while outside on his front porch, prompting neighbors to call police.

When police arrived, they say the suspect slammed a door in their face while his gun was visible and a SWAT team was called to the scene. After several hours, police managed to lure the man out of his home and he was taken into custody, according to investigators.
