Search for Clues After Boy, 11, Dies in Philadelphia & Toddler Dies in Lehigh Valley

Investigators in Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley searched for clues after the deaths of two children over the weekend.

Philadelphia Police said an 11-year-old boy's sister found him unresponsive around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday inside a home in the city's West Oak Lane neighborhood. The boy was rushed to a hospital where he was declared dead.

His name wasn't immediately released and it was unclear what lead to the child's death.

The Express-Times in Easton reports a 2-year-old boy was declared dead on Saturday evening at a hospital in Allentown.

The Lehigh County Coroner's Office on Sunday identified him as Julio Osorio of Grace Street in Allentown. An autopsy was planned for Monday to determine what caused Osorio's death.

The boy's death hasn't been ruled suspicious.

Both deaths remained under investigation Monday. [[238427591, C]]
