Philadelphia police are looking for a man seen running from a car where a woman was found dead in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia early Monday.
Police say the woman had been shot in the head inside a car at Atlantic and Joyce streets at about 3 a.m. Monday.
It's not clear if the man was inside the car when the shooting occurred, police say.
Investigators say the woman was in her 20s. Her identity has not been released.
