Teens Find Human Remains Near Railroad Tracks

Police say three teens discovered human remains in a wooded stream bed in Lincoln, Delaware.

Delaware State Police say the boys made the discovery around 1 p.m. Tuesday as they were walking along railroad tracks near the 8200 block of Front Street. Police say the teens saw what appeared to be human bones.

The three went to one of the teen's homes and told his mother, who called police. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the identification and the cause and manner of death.

Delaware State Police Detectives are investigating the incident.
