With New Charges, Sandusky Bail May Increase

Any additional charges would likely translate into a second arrest for the man accused of sexually abusing eight boys over a 15-year period.

A legal expert says if more charges are filed against former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky, he'd have to go through another bail proceeding that might end up being set too high for him to meet it.

Central Pennsylvania criminal defense attorney Bill Costopoulos said Tuesday any additional charges would likely translate into a second arrest for the man accused of sexually abusing eight boys over a 15-year period. Sandusky maintains his innocence.

Sandusky's attorney Joe Amendola is telling ABC's ``Good Morning America'' he's concerned that if prosecutors bring new charges based on any additional accusers, Sandusky will end up in jail.

Amendola didn't return phone messages left Tuesday.
