Delaware State Troopers are on the hunt for a man who they say robbed a Rite Aid in Newark, Delaware Saturday night.
Police say the man walked into the Rite Aid on Polly Drummond Hill Road round 6:30 p.m. The man approached the cash register with an item to purchase and then suddenly reached over and stole money from the register, according to investigators.
The female cashier tried to grab the money back but the suspect ran from the store with the cash. The woman was not hurt during the incident.
The suspect is described as a man standing between 6-feet and 6-foot-1, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with a black jacket and black pants.
