Preparing for Sandy: Pa. Emergency Contacts

Governor Tom Corbett declared a state of emergency in Pennsylvania as Hurricane Sandy approaches.

The effects of Hurricane Sandy will begin to be felt on Sunday. Rain will move in from the south and conditions will deteriorate throughout the day.
